Dough Scraper & Cutters

A dough scraper and cutter is the perfect tool to use when working with your dough. These tools are also called dough benchers, bench knives, or pastry scrapers. A dough scraper is a thin metal or plastic blade, usually rectangular in shape. The edge of the blade is not sharp, but is thin enough to easily cut through dough, dividing it into individual pizza sized portions. There is usually a metal or wooden handle on the top of the blade, making it easy to handle. If you don’t have a dough scraper, you can just use a large knife.
